Wendy Kelley is an Entrepreneurial Product Leader with over 30 years of experience initiating and managing product and marketing services with specific focus on emerging technologies in telecom, internet, and travel services. Wendy’s hands-on management style enables her to work effectively across all levels of the organization, and her leadership has been instrumental in the launch and ongoing success of multiple venture-funded companies, including, but not limited to Citrix Systems, Verio, iBAHN, and Nextel Communications.
Wendy earned an MBA in Management from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill) and BBA from the College of William and Mary.
I am retired from full-time employment but I like to stay challenged. I have recently been providing analytical services to HR consulting firms on an ad-hoc basis and welcome the opportunity to help additional clients. I have also been supporting technical recruiting and administrating various systems to support.

- M&A Support – Standardized and structured data from multiple company HR files into master file for use in compensation integration and organizational alignment.
- HRIS Implementation Support – Structured data and managed import processes.
- Job Standardization / Benchmark Survey Participation – Standardized job categorizations across three related subsidiaries for submission to several compensation benchmarking databases (CompAnalyst, IPAS, Comp Data) to gain survey data access. Included leveling, compensation, and title mapping.
- Data Driven Organization Charts –Structured and merged disparate HR data sets to create spreadsheet driven org charts for compensation, title, and organizational design purposes.
- Reporting Automation –Developed and ran COVID health and symptom check reports during height of pandemic.
- Training / Process Documentation – Created documentation to transition processes developed by external consultant, to internal employees.
- Marketing Support – Built new website for HR consulting firm.
- Data Visualization – Developed a Power BI-driven HR dashboard.
- Recruiting Management System – Supported setup and administration of Greenhouse recruiting management system.
- LinkedIn Recruiting – Managed prospect searching and outreach via LinkedIn Recruiting.
- Goal-setting Management – Supported setup and administration of GoalSpan goal management system.
